2nd international flight lands in Bhubaneswar airport

Bhubaneswar: A 15 seater
charter flight operated by Ligare Aviation Ltd, Falcon 7X type aircraft Regn.
VT-RGX with four passengers landed at Biju Patnaik International airport here
on Wednesday.
 

It was the second international
non-scheduled flight operation from the airport after the Ministry of Civil
Aviation declared it an International Airport. 
The first International flight operation was carried out at Bhubaneswar
on May 5 this year carrying 12 passengers and three crew member from
Spain.  One more international flight is
expected to land in the airport on June 5 from Nigeria.
The flight was
originated from Luton Airport, near London (UK) and reached the airport after
10 hours nonstop flying at 1.35pm and depart the airport to Mumbai at 1430 UTC
( 20.00 hrs IST).
Custom and immigration
facility were provided as per rule at the Airport.
Ground handling
facilities were provided by Saxon Air Services Pvt. Ltd and a preparatory
discussion was held by airport director Sharad Kumar, Neeraj Kumar Saxena of
GHA agency and Sanjiv Kothari, vice president, Corporate Affairs Sesa Sterlite
for the purpose.
