June 1, 2014 in Odisha.

stated that that while 278 Group A posts are lying vacant against 886
sanctioned posts, 2,336 Group B posts are vacant against 5,472 sanctioned
posts. Similarly, 7,501 posts in Group C category are lying vacant against
sanctioned strength of 53,308.
