Air India announces direct from Bhubaneswar to Bangkok from Dec 10

Bhubaneswar, December 5, 2017: Air India
announced direct flights from Bhubaneswar to Bangkok starting December 10.
The service will be available twice a
week.
As per schedule, the service will be
available on Thursdays and Sundays.
The aircraft will fly to Bangkok from
BPIA at 3.45 pm on the scheduled days.
“Bolstering Odisha’s position as the new
gateway to the East, Air India announced direct flights from Bhubaneswar to
Bangkok starting 10 December. The expansion of international air connectivity
will give a huge boost to tourism and cultural ties with South East Asian
countries,” posted Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik in his Facebook page.
The twice a week service will also
enhance trade and investment potential of the state, opening the gates for
prospective investors from Thailand and others parts of South East Asia, the
Chief Minister added.

It is second major international flight
service after Air Asia’s recently operational Bhubaneswar to Kuala Lumpur
direct international flight.
