‘Music & More’ for those extending support to Fani-hit people

Bhubaneswar: Odisha-based 360 degree Media Communication and ‘Prelude’, an event management company on Saturday organised a 12-hour music marathon namely ‘Music & More’ for all those who helped in relief and rescue operations during the recent cyclone Fani in the State.

The event was organized between 10 am and 10 pm.

The concept of the musical programme was an attempt to bring all singers, musicians, entertainers and all art lovers to present the stories of the responsible citizens and organizations that showcased their herculean effort for relief and restoration during and post the cyclone.

Odisha Film Development Corporation Chairman Kuna Tripathy, international sand artist Padmashree Sudarshan Pattnaik inaugurated the programme in the presence of Mumbai-based Odia actress and film maker Dolly Jena, Bakul Foundation founder Sujit Mohapatra and Prelude Novel Venture founder Satyabrat Sanu Ratho.

Newly elected MLA from Kabisurjyanagar Latika Pradhan and many more dignitaries attended this nonstop musical show in the evening.

Singer Sonam Mohapatra, Bishnu Mohan Kabi, Satyajit Pradhan, Nishi, Swastik, Abhisek, Sushmita Bag and Durga, guitarist Abhinash Tripathy, singers from Silver Age Foundation, Vighnanz Band, Odia anchor Gungun and staffs from BOCCA as well as Prelude expressed gratitude to all those involved in the relief and rescue operations through their presentations.

In association with Bakul Foundation, Prelude felicitated the guests, Fani restoration supporters and musicians by providing them saplings with a cause to reduce green house remittance.
