Trains cancelled in Odisha till March 31 for railway modernisation

Bhubaneswar: In view of safety related modernisation work at various places under East Coast Railway (ECoR) jurisdiction, some local passenger trains will remain cancelled from Thursday till March 31.

While four trains will be cancelled fully, two trains will be cancelled partially. As per the ECoR statement, three pairs of local passenger trains will be cancelled temporarily till March 31 and one pair for four days. Two pairs of trains will be cancelled partially for three days.

According to the statement, (58303/58304) Sambalpur-Junagarh Road-Sambalpurpassenger originating from Sambalpur on February 27 (Thursday) and from Junagarh Road on February 28 (Friday) will remain cancelled till March 31.

Similarly, (58405/58406) Cuttack-Paradeep-Cuttack Passenger and (68437/68438) Bhadrak-Cuttack-Bhadrak MEMU will remain cancelled from February 27 to March from both the directions while (58529/58530) Durg-Visakhapatnam-Durg Passenger will too remain cancelled from February 28 to March 2from both the directions.

Services of (18301/18302) Sambalpur-Rayagada-Sambalpur Express originating from both Sambalpur and Rayagada will remain cancelled between Titilagarh and Rayagarh partially from February 29 to March 2.

Similarly, (58207/58208) Raipur-Junagarh Road-Raipur passenger from Raipur February 29 to March 2and from Junagarh Road from March 1 to 3will remain cancelled between Titilagarh and Raipur from both the directions.
