establishing the road safety and training park where free traffic training is
being provided to all categories of people.

It may be noted here that, RTO-II, Bhubaneswar and HMSI are
committed to reduce the road accidents by 20 percent within one year in
Bhubaneswar city by way of educating on road safety and traffic training to the
city dwellers.
