Speaking on the occasion, Ashish Dikshit, the Business Head
of ABFRL said that “We are proud to bring the manufacturing of apparels for our
premium brands like Louis Phillips, Van Huesen, Allen Solly and Peter England,
to Odisha as a part of the Make in Odisha initiative. This is our first manufacturing
unit outside Bangalore region. Our unit will have the capacity of 2.5million
pcs per annum and generate employment for about 1600 people, most of whom will
be women.” Dikshit added.
