Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday launched several development projects worth Rs 250 crore in Mayurbhanj district.
He laid foundation stone for development projects worth more than Rs 200 crore and inaugurated projects worth more than Rs 50 crore. The projects include 18 piped water supply project, roads and nine high level bridges across the district.
The Chief Minister also announced a grant of Rs 5 crore for all-round development of Jagannath Temple in Baripada. He assured that all steps will be taken for the development of tourism hotspots in the district like Khiching, Devkund and others in the district.
