Bhubaneawar, May 5: Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment Department Principal Secretary Arabinda Padhee on Friday inaugurated 15-day ‘Millet Food Festival’ here.
Being organised at Michael’s Kitchen in collaboration with Odisha Millets Mission, the festival will continue May 20.
A millet exclusive menu was revealed to mark the inaugural event.
A wide variety of millet recipes including Suan kheer, Foxtail Biriyani, Mandia Nachos, Mandia Mango Chhenapoda etc were showcased and served to the guests and media personnel present at the venue.
