Bhubaneswar, July 6: Ahead of the world-famous Rath Yatra, Jatni-based artist L. Eshwar Rao has created miniature models of the chariots of the sibling deities.
Rao has used incense sticks, paper, chalk pieces, and thread to make the chariots, and tamarind seeds for the idols of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Devi Subhadra.
The chariots are 2 inches in height and 1 inch in length. The size of the miniature idols of the deities is half a centimeter. Rao completed the models in seven days.
Rao has extended his greetings to all through his art and has asked Lord Jagannath to bestow his blessings on everyone.
