accused Susil Kumar Bhoi was caught red handed in his office by the vigilance
sleuths of Sambalpur division while he was receiving Rs 1,000 from one Birendra
Nag of Hingma village under Birmaharajpur police station in Subarnapur district
to submit a report to the Ulunda block BDO regarding completion of Indira Awas
Yojana (IAY) house upto lintel level.
