Delhi, March 24: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and his deputy Annapurna Devi on Friday reviewed the preparations of the upcoming third Education Working Group Meeting scheduled to be held in Bhubaneswar themed on the future of work.
“The G20 Presidency will focus on bolstering international collaborations by a weeklong deliberations, seminars and exhibitions on sectors like deep-tech on advanced technology in future of work, transforming logistics and skill architecture and governance models, starting from April 23,” the Education Ministry tweeted.
“Drawing inspiration from Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call to make Jan Bhagidari a strong element of India’s G20 Presidency, Pradhan stated that month long parallel brainstorming sessions would be rolled out in the State of Odisha from April 1, Utkal Dibada, the foundation day of Odisha,” wrote the Ministry.
These will involve multidisciplinary institutions of Odisha on area specific skill upgradation of all districts of Odisha State. Themes for sessions will range from traditional sectors like mining, fisheries, logistics, coastal infrastructure, textiles, port to advanced technologies such as robotics, block chain, artificial intelligence, metaverse, automation, machine learning and drones, said the Ministry further wrote.
