Bhubaneswar, September 29: The Odisha Government on Sunday effected a major reshuffle in senior IPS. According to a Home Department notification, 1998-batch IPS officer S Devdutt Singh has replaced Sanjeeb Panda as new Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack. RP Koche has been appointed new Director, Intelligence. Arun Bothra was transferred as ADG, Railways & Coastal Security.
