Rourkela: The Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Limited (FGILI) recently inaugurated two branches in Rourkela and Balasore thereby strengthening its footprint in the State.
This expansion will contribute to about 10% of the company’s overall business. At the Rourkela branch, the company has recruited seven employees and 72 distributors from the city. Through ‘Project Vistar’, the company has recruited close to 215 employees and 2,376 distributors and are hopeful to further increase these numbers in the next two years.
The first phase of the project was initiated on December 31 last year wherein 14 new offices were launched while three existing offices were revamped.
Project Vistar aims to improve customer- centricity by providing quick and simple solutions to actively protect and enhance peoples’ lives.
