Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar-Nayagarh Town Sewa Expeess will be introduced on Tuesday by Union Railways Minister Piyush Goyal through video conferencing from New Delhi in the presence of Union Petroleum and Natural Gas and Steel Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
