Nuapada: The results of Plus-III examinations of the Khariar Autonomous College were declared on Friday. The college registered a 78.71 per cent pass.
“A total of 391 students from all the three streams, Science, Arts and Commerce, had appeared for the examinations this year. Out of them, 292 students have passed,” informed college Principal Dr Harendra Panda.
Out of 120 students, 109 (90.83 per cent) passed in Science stream and out of 206 students, 153 (74.27 per cent) cleared the examinations in Arts stream. In Commerce, 30 out of 45 students succeeded, making a pass percentage of 66.67.
Roshnibala Panday scored highest 9.14 CGPA in Botany Honours followed by Ajit Meher 8.73 CGPA in Physics, Anshuman Satapathy 8.66 CGPA in Zoology and Sonal Pattnaik 8.6 CGPA in Political Science.
The results were declared in the presence college governing council President Fanindam Deo, Higher Education Regional Director Manash Pujhari, Prof HK Mishra, Prof Ranbir Singh and Suryakant Thakur.
