Bhubaneswar, September 12: Sourabh Soumyakanta Das of DAV Public School, Chandrashekharpur here topped in the State and Stitiprajna Sahoo of the same school emerged as the topper among girl students and overall second in the State in the JEE Main, results of which were published recently.
While Sourabh has secured 99.99 percentile with 128 National Rank, Stitiprajna has scored 99.98 percentile.
Both have also bagged the 1st and 2nd positions in the state in JEE Prelims.
Total 108 students of DAV Chandrashekharpur have qualified in the JEE Main with more than 90 percentile and above out of which 19 students with 99 and more percentile, 32 more than 98, 67 more than 95 percentile.
At least 36 students from school managed SUPER 40 have been successful in the exam.
Stitiprajna has also been credited with State Topper in both CBSE Class X and XII examinations. Both Sourabh and Stitiprajna have qualified NTSE & KVPY. Principal Dr K C Satapathy felicitated both of them in presence of their parents.
