Vijayawada, November 1: The Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust was honoured with the YSR Lifetime Achievement awards, instituted in memory of the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, late Dr YS Rajasekhar Reddy this year. The award was presented in a ceremony held at Vijayawada on the occasion of the Andhra Pradesh state formation day on Nov 01, 2021.
This award was handed over by Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan to the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust Managing Trustee R J Rathnakar in the presence of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.
The Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust was recognised for its yeomen service to the people of the state. In all, there were 63 awardees that included organisations and individuals. Some of them were recognised with a YSR Lifetime Achievement award, while some others with a YSR Achievement Award.
