Bhubaneswar, February 10: Odisha Senior Men’s State Cricket Team has departed for Ahmedabad on Thursday morning to participate in the upcoming BCCI Ranji Trophy tournament to be played from the February 27 to March 6.
The team will be led by skipper Subhranshu Senapati and accompanied by several
support staff including Head Coach Wasim Jaffer. Odisha would play against teams like Goa, Saurashtra and Mumbai in the Elite D Group.
The Odisha team, prior to participating in the Ranji Trophy Tournament, will undergo a Quarantine Period from February 10 to February 14 as part of BCCI’s Covid-19 protocol and have a couple of scheduled Practice Days on February 15 and 16 before opening their campaign against Goa on February 17.
