Union Minister Tudu participates in “Seva Pakhwada” event

New Delhi, September 24: Union Minister of State for Jal Shakti and Tribal Affairs Bishweswar Tudu on Saturday participated in a cleanliness programme organised on the premises of Shri Jagannath Temple in Tyagraj Nagar here.

The programme was organised under “Seva Pakhwada” to celebrate the 72nd birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The celebration of “Seva Pakhwada” began with the birthday of Prime Minister on September 17 and will continue till October 2.

The programme is being organised with an aim to sensitise the public about environmental cleanliness, water conservation, tree plantation, blood donation, etc.

Speaking on the occasion, the Union Minister highlighted the importance of cleanliness for a conscious society and a progressive nation.

“Manab Seva hin Madhav Seva (service to mankind is service to God) by virtue of which one day India will become the Vishwa Guru,” said Union Minister Tudu.
