Bhubaneswar, January 27: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday reviewed the COVID-19 situation in the State and advised the administration to be vigilant and continue the awareness programme in collaboration with Mission Shakti Odisha groups.
The Chief Minister also emphasised on giving booster doses to senior citizens and frontline workers.
The CM directed the administration to be fully prepared and monitor the COVID-19 situation across the State without getting complacent. He advised the police to take special care to ensure that the people comply with the COVID-19 safety protocols.
CM Patnaik also advised to ensure proper monitoring of the health status of patients in home isolation by Rapid Response Team and field staff. He urged people to adhere to all the COVID-19 safety regulations without getting scared.
