Odisha: PM Modi to visit Rourkela on Nov 15; will launch Shahid Madho Singh Haath Kharcha Yojana, Odia Asmita Kendra

Bhubaneswar, October 22: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Rourkela on November 15 on Jan Jatiya Gaurav Divas and launch Shahid Madho Singh Haath Kharcha Yojana. He will also lay the foundation stone of the Odia Asmita Kendra & Janajati Bhasha O Sanskruti Pratisthana

The PM will arrive at Jharsuguda Airport at 11 AM and proceed to the venue in Rourkela through helicopter.

The PM will launch Sahid Madho Singh Haath Kharcha Scholarship Scheme thereby transferring Rs 5,000 to the accounts of 1 lakh ST Students under.

The PM will also launch FRA portal and lay of foundation stone of 450 Primary School Hostels, Janajati Bhasha O Sanskruti Pratisthana, Bhagwan Birsa Munda Memorial, Janajati Aitihya ebang Swabhiman Bhawan and Odia Asmita Centre and Souvenir Shop at Odisha State Tribal Museum.

PM Modi will also launch up-gradation of 29 Ashram Schools & High Schools and naming of Odisha State Tribal Museum after Eminent Tribal Personalities of Odisha.

He will also dedicate three CoEs (Centre of Excellences) at State-run Medical College and Hospitals at Cuttack and Baripada and VIMSAR in Burla under National Sickle Cell Elimination Mission.

The Prime Minister will also distribute FRA Titles (Habitat Right) to eight ST communities.
