Bhubaneswar, August 31: Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) Enforcement Inspector Prafulla Kumar Behera lost his life fighting bravely with Coronavirus at Aditya Ashwini COVID Hospital, here in the city on Monday morning.
