CUO entrance test at five centres on July 5, 6

Bhubaneswar: The Entrance Examination for admission to
Central University of Orissa (CUO), Koraput for the academic session 2014-15 will
be held on July 5 and 6 at five centres like in Koraput, Bhubaneswar, Rourkela,
Raipur and Kolkata in the country.

Applicants can download their admit card and hall tickets from
the university website i.e. www.cuo.ac.in.    

The Vishakhapatnam centre was withdrawn and the applicants
of concerned centre are accommodated at the Koraput centre due to less number
of candidates.

Examination will be held for admission to M. Sc.-
Biodiversity & Conservation of Natural Resources; M. A.- Economics,
English, Journalism & Mass Communication, Oriya, Sociology; Integrated M.
Sc. (05 yrs.)- Mathematics (Admission after 12th Standard); B. Ed.- Teacher
Education;M. Phil. & Ph. D – Anthropology, Journalism & Mass
Communication, Odia, Sociology and Biodiversity & Conservation of Natural
Resources.

The intending students those who have applied through the
online/offline can download the admit card and hall tickets from the university
website. However, the examination for P.G. Programme (M.A/M.Sc.) in
Anthropology will not be held. The concerned applicants are requested to visit
the website for further information and instruction. The Entrance Examination
for the Koraput centre will be held at the university new campus in Sunabeda
which is around 20 kms from the district headquarters. The applicants are
