Bhubaneswar, Aug 22: The
Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA), Bhubaneswar on Friday organised a workshop
on ‘Soft skills and better communication, in order to make all the concessionaries
and stakeholders associated with Bhubaneswar airport to help them understand
the customer psyche in a better fashion.

Inaugurating the
workshop BPIA Director Sharad Kumar said the workshop was organised for all the
stakeholders associated with AAI, to help them understand the customer psyche
in a better fashion as because AAI is just a space provider but the
concessionaries and stakeholders deal with the customers and passengers on a
one-on-one basis daily.

all of us, including AAI staff, to understand the needs of a customer and
provide a service, not just in a materialistic way, but in a way that delights
and enlivens the customer’s experience of dealing with us in a positive and
friendly environment,” said Kumar, hoping that with combined efforts of all
associated, Bhubaneswar Airport would make the centuries old and world renowned
rich and varied culture of Odisha, proud.
