approval of Mishra’s name by Governor SC Jamir.

Mishra was selected at a meeting presided by Chief Minister
Naveen Patnaik on October 6. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Bikram Arukha and
Leader of Opposition Narasingh Mishra, the other two members of the selection
