Odisha registers 4th Coronavirus case as 29-yr-old Dubai-returned tests positive

Bhubaneswar:  Odisha registered its fourth case of Covid-19 as a 29-year-old man from Bhadrak with travel history to Dubai, tested positive on Monday.
“Fourth COVID-19 confirmed case; 29 years old male of Bhadrak district with travel history to Dubai,” tweeted Health and Family Welfare Department.
Meanwhile, H&FW Secretary Nikunja Bihari Dhal directed the Bhadrak Collector to shift the patient to SCB Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack.
“Health Secretary @nbdhal spoke to Collector Bhadrak and asked him to shift the patient to SCBMCH, isolate the close  contacts and get them tested and trace all contacts as soon as possible. MD NHM is monitoring the follow up action,” the Depat tweeted.
Earlier, three persons were tested positive for the virus in the State. While the two youths tested positive had travel history to Italy and United Kingdom, another was tested positive for the Covid-19 after visiting Delhi recently.
