Mayurbhanj, October 22: Stepping up the transformation of public healthcare in Odisha, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday launched distribution of Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) Smart Health Cards in Mayurbhanj district.
The Chief Minister distributed the BSKY Smart Cards in a special function held in the district headquarters at Baripada.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister also laid the foundation stone and inaugurated developmental projects worth Rs 2484.24 crore in the district.
Foundation stones were laid for 405 projects worth Rs 2151.96 crore while 134 projects were inaugurated worth Rs 332.29 crore. The projects include drinking water supply, healthcare, roads and bridges, power supply and urban development.
