Odisha: Woman IAS officer wins hearts with her ‘Kathak’ performance at Subarnapur Lok Mahotsav

Subarnapur, January 16: Subarnapur District Collector Aboli Naravane is winning hearts like a boss, all thanks to her ‘Kathak’ dance moves on the occasion of Subarnapur Lok Mahotsav.

The 2015-batch IAS officer shared glimpses of her performance that have now taken social media by storm.

Taking to her Twitter handle, she wrote, “Glimpses of my performance on the song O Ri Chiraiya on the occasion of Subarnapur City Festival and Lok Mahotsav. The theme was Prevention of Child Marriage and sending girls back to school. Dance style Semi Classical (Kathak).”

A trained Kathak dancer, a topper throughout her student years, a die-hard Sachin Tendulkar fan, the self-confessed dance and fitness enthusiast was the UPSC topper in Maharashtra. Now, with her dance performance, she has proved that she is not only an excellent mind of administration but also an inherent talent who can outshine the areas she touches.

Hailing for Pune in Maharashtra, the former ADM of Rourkela is currently posted as the Collector of Sonepur.
