The website was named as www.kalingalancers.com. It also
provided facility for online booking of the tickets. Through the website any
person can avail all the details about the matches, sponsorship, list of
players with their respective expertise etc.

For first time in India,
Government of Odisha has taken initiative to launch a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)
under the name Odisha Sports Development & Promotion Company and acquired
6th Franchise of Hockey India League. The SPV was formed in joint partnership
among IDCO,OMC MCL and other industrial
houses. In the 2nd edition of the Hockey India League five matches will be played
in the newly built Kalinga Stadium from January 28 to February 14.
