CM flags off 108 emergency ambulance services in Deogarh, Bargarh

Bhubneshwar: Chief
Minister Naveen Pattnaik on Tuesday flagged off ‘Dial Free Ambulance Service’
in Deogarh and Bargarh district.  
Under Odisha Emergency
Medical Ambulance (OEMAS) Service, a fleet of three ambulances was allotted to
Deogarh district while 15 ambulances were provided to Bargarh. The emergency
ambulance service was launched in collaboration with Mumbai based company,
Ziqitza Health Care Ltd (ZHL). 
Now, through this toll
free emergency number 108, people of these two districts get ambulance service
in a predetermined time period.  
During the launching of
various welfare projects including 108 ambulance service in Deogarh and
Bargarh, the Chief Minister said as per his Government’s commitment, the government
leaves no stone unturned in materializing the promises made in its manifesto.
ZHL is now operating
420 ambulances across 30 districts of Odisha and very soon we will be covering
the entire 30 districts with a total strength of 420.
