has introduced online payment of electricity bill for its consumers to get them
freed from standing in the long queues, to save their valuable time and the
risk of cash handling.

CESU is providing services to around 18 lakh customers in

The details regarding the bill payment are now available in
CESU’s website, www.cescoorissa.com
and www.cesuodisha.com. After browsing
the website, the consumer can click on the “Bill Info and On-line payment” link
and then “Customer Billing Information (Public)” Link -1 /Link 2, then after
selecting the category of consumers
i.e LT and select the division name and enter the
Consumer Account Number.

In the next screen, the consumer once registers his/her mobile
number or email address in the specified fields for processing. The consumer
shall be prompted to enter the due date and bill amount before and after due
date to start the payment processing. The payment can be made through their net
banking/credit card/debit card/ATM card etc as per the similar procedure
followed for railway ticket reservation and online purchases etc.
