Chairing a review
meeting on the progress of power supply here at the State Secretariat Health
Secretary Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra directed the officials of Cesu, Southco,
Nesco and Wesco entrusted to carry out the project at all these hospitals to
complete the power supply process by June.

The meeting revealed
that out of the 32 Government hospitals 22 hospitals has already been provided
undisrupted power supply. A sum of Rs 24,33,81,000 would be spent for the
purpose.

While Cesu was given Rs
8,21,54,000 for eight hospitals, Nesco was given Rs 2,73,35,000 for five
hospitals and Southco was given Rs 6,29,66,000 for nine hospitals for the purpose.
