BoI introduces mobile ATM machine

Bhubaneswar, Nov 22: Amid the
prevailing cash crunch situation due to demonetisation of high value currency
notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000, Bank of India (BoI), a premier public sector bank,
on Tuesday introduced a special mobile automated teller machine (ATM) for the convenience
of the people facing in getting new notes.
Bank of India’s special mobile ATM van
is roaming all around the city of Bhubaneswar everyday and providing cash to
the common public. 
Amit Roy, Zonal Manager of Bhubaneswar
Zone, on Tuesday informed that from Wednesday onwards, the mobile ATM van will
be present in front of Reserve Bank of India (from 11 pm to 2 pm) and in front
of Suchana Bhawan (from 3 pm to 6 pm) and will render service to the people. He
has appealed to the public to avail this mobile ATM facility to withdraw money
from their account.
This type of lovely gesture of the
Bank has been highly appreciated by the public.
