5-day traffic awareness drive launched in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar, Sep 26: Shree Naman Foundation in  collaboration with
Commissionerate Police launched a five-day traffic awareness campaign on Friday
here near AG square.
Commerce and Transport Minister Ramesh Chandra Majhi and
Commissioner of Police Dr Rajendra Prasad Sharma inaugurated the campaign. The
theme of the campaign “Our city is our responsibility-make it an accident free city.”
“This type of campaign will certainly helpful in making
people aware about road safety measures,” said the Minister on the occasion. 
Commissioner of Police Dr Sharma got astonished observing
that a dozen of disabled persons voluntarily came forward to create awareness
among the city dwellers. 
Among others, Traffic ACP Jatin Panda, Shree Naman foundation
Managing Trustee Bhaktishree Samantaray participated in the awareness campaign.
