programme’- an initiative to empower women through technical training.
“Our Government
has taken a decision to increase women trainees’ strength in ITIs from 7% to
30% within the next two years. Sudakhya will strive to encourage and facilitate
skills training in Government ITIs for 5000 girls and women in the current year
2017-18. Besides skill development, ensuring job or entrepreneurship
opportunities for the trainees will be a major responsibility of the programme,”
said Patnaik.

in diverse technical fields. The programme aims to bring women on to the
forefront of brand Skilled-In-Odisha by enhancing their enrollment in various
