Koraput, December 7: An Art and Craft exhibition was organised by the Department of Education of the Central University of Odisha (CUO) at the Sunabeda campus here on Tuesday.
Trainee teachers of the Department of Education prepared and exhibited painting, sculpture, paper crafts, decorative crafts, functional crafts and fashion crafts, and greetings cards under the guidance of Dr. Partha Pratim Das.
CUO Vice-Chancellor Prof. Chakradhar Tripathi inaugurated the exhibition. “It is not just to enjoy the break time, but also to develop aesthetic sense and concepts like colours, numbers and shapes of objects and more in the mind of children.”
HoD (Education) Dr. Ramendra Kumar Parhi, along with students, faculty members, and staff from all the departments visited the craft exhibition.
