OPSC OAS Result: Swetashree Mohapatra tops OCS Exam 2022; Total 683 candidates qualify

Bhubaneswar, October 19: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on Saturday officially declared the final results of the Odisha Civil Services Examination (OCS) 2022 on its website.

Swetashree Mohapatra has emerged as the topper, with five female candidates in the top in the top ten.

While Prinkil Parbin Parida secured Rank 2, Pranja Parangama secured Rank 4, Deepam Rout got Rank 6, and Amrita Sahoo was at the 10th Rank in the selection list published by the OPSC,

The OPSC has recommended 683 candidates for appointment to posts/services under Odisha Civil Services (Group A & B) 2022, out of which 258 are women.

The inclusion of a significant number of female candidates in the top ranks showcases the increasing representation of women in the civil services in the State.

Topper Swetashree cracked the examination in her first attempt.

An elated Swetashree Mohapatra said, “I am very happy after knowing the result. It was my first attempt. I would like to give the credit of my success to my parents, siblings, friends and everyone around me.”

Swetashree pursued BTech at NIT, Durgapur.

After three years of working in the corporate sector, she left her job and started preparing for the civil services examination.
