A four member team of Jana Jagaran and ActionAid on Thursday called on governor
Dr SC Jamir and apprised him about the improper implementation of provision for Panchayats’ Extension to Scheduled Areas Act-1996 (PESA) in tribal pockets.
The
members also submitted a sample study report which was undertaken in four
district like- Koraput, Rayagada, Kandhamal and Mayurbhanja. Ghasiram Panda,
