Surprisingly one person named Baidhara Sahu allegedly vacated

and even he has produced regarding the purchase and even told that he has
purchased 42 acres of land in that place and planted cashew plants.
He even admitted that the ‘purchased’ land was jungle ‘kisam’
and he has not yet got the patta for the same from the concerned Teshil.
But according to the tribals, long back they were allotted
with two acres of land by the government with cashew plants existing on it.
Meanwhile, the petitioner stated that the concerned Teshildar
said that no government land is allotted to any body and “Chaka bandi” is going
on in that area and final patta is not yet issued to any person.
