State Cabinet may okay 15 proposals

Bhubaneswar, April 27: The
State Cabinet would meet on Tuesday at the State Secretariat here under the
chairmanship of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
The meeting which is
scheduled to meet at 11.30 am is likely to approve 15 different proposals,
including amendments to BPUT Act in which the concerned ET and ET Minister would
to be appointed as pro-Vice Chancellor, formation of an exclusive department for
disabled, formulation of new law for underground telephone cable.
The Cabinet is also
likely to discuss about the reports of different Commission of Inquiry and
policy for giving lands to Government educational institutions.
