Koraput, April 22: The two-day Bharateeya Paramparik Kreeda Mahotsava organised jointly by the Central University of Odisha (CUO), Koraput and the Kreeda Bharati concluded on Saturday. The valedictory event was held at the Sports Ground of CUO.
Gracing the event, University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Chakradhar Tripathi thanked all the stakeholders for the successful completion of the Mahotsava and urged students to indulge in sports activities in addition to their studies so that both mind and body will be developed properly.
“This ground will again give birth to an Arjuna Awardee,” said the VC while praising Olympian Gopal Saini.
The winners of various competitions held to mark the G20 Jan Bhagidari were also awarded certificates on the occasion.
