Girls Dominate Maa Manikeshwari University PG Results

Bhubaneswar: In a remarkable highlight, girls have dominated the results of the Postgraduate Final Semester Examinations at Maa Manikeshwari University (formerly Kalahandi University). Among 17 departmental toppers, 16 are female students, with only one male topper, marking a significant academic milestone for the university. The overall pass percentage stood at 80.78%, as 332 out of 411 students cleared the exams.

Ms. Sangita Swain, from the Physics department, emerged as the university topper, securing a Grade Point of 09.63. She also topped the Science stream, while Deepti Mayee Swain led the Arts stream and Sangita Murmu topped the Commerce stream, all three stream toppers being female students.

Out of the 332 successful candidates, 311 passed in first division, and 21 in second division, reflecting the university’s robust academic environment and commitment to excellence.

Following the announcement of results, the Vice Chancellor and faculty congratulated all the students, especially commending the female achievers for their outstanding performance that has brought pride to the university and the region.
