Free Wi-Fi at Biju Patnaik International Airport for first 30 minutes

Bhubaneswar, July 31: Passengers at the Bhubaneswar
International Airport, Bhubaneswar in Odisha can now access Wi-Fi service for
free for the first 30 minutes as the facility was formally launched at the
airport recently.
After free usage limit of 30 minutes, a customer can
continue using the service on paid basis.
Bharti Infratel Limited has signed a seven-year contract
with the airport to provide the facility.
Airport sources said passengers will be able to access
internet on laptops and cellphones sitting inside the Terminal Building 1. The facility
has been launched at the Terminal Building 1 in the first phase.  
Sources said the airport authorities will charge a monthly
fee from the company, which will take the user fee from passengers.

With the launching of Wi-Fi facility, rush at the check-in
counter can be minimized as people can go for web check-in. Also, incoming
passengers search for hotels and tourist destinations on internet.
