Sanskrit scholar H.K. Satapathy bags ‘Kaustubha’ award

Bhubaneswar: Renowned Sanskrit scholar and the Vice
Chancellor of Central Sanskrit University, Tirupati, Prof. H.K. Satapathy conferred
with the prestigious ‘Kaustubha’ award by Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan, New Delhi. 
 

Prof Satapathy was chosen for this commented honour for his
monumental contribution in enriching Sanskrit Literature by writing the epic
Bharatayanam consisting a Shawl, Shriphala, Citation, golden memento and Rs 51,000
presented by Padma Bhusana and Jnanapith winner Prof. S. Sastri. 
Professor Satapathy was bestowed on Central Sahitya Akademi
Award, Jayadayal Dalmia Award, Rabindranath Tagore Award (for Peace),
Kavikulaguru Kalidasa award, Odisha Sahitya Akademi award and Adiguru
Shankaracharya award for his contribution in promoting, propagating and
popularizing original works in Sanskrit Literature.
